FREE Personalized Current Traffic Conditions!

Did you know that Florida has a FREE Personalized Travel Information Service?  You can create a personal profile with up to 10 different routes that you usually travel for up-to-date travel conditions.  You can access the service by dialing 511 from your cell phone, land line or PBX system. 

Once you set up your personal profile and call 511, the system will recognize your phone number by using call ID technology, and deliver Current Traffic Conditions to you instantaneously.

You can also take shortcuts through the system - as soon as the 511 connection is made-even during the system's welcoming speech-just name the highway or road you want information for. Say '95...Miami', or 'Turnpike...Broward', or 'US 1...Palm Beach'.  You can also say next to skip a function, repeat to hear information again, or say Operator to speak with a live operator.
