Did you know that the City of Pembroke Pines is offering a Home Repair Assistance Program to all Pembroke Pines Residents effective as of March 15, 2007?

 

The Assistance Program provides the following:

 

  • Up to $25,000 Available Per Household
  • 0% Interest Deferred Loans
  • No Monthly Payments
  • Free Home Inspections and Cost Estimates
  • No Repayment of Loans if Program Requirements are Met
  • Allows Home Owners to Correct Code Violations

 

Program Guidelines are as Follows:

 

  • Assessed Property Value May Not Exceed $429,615.50
  • Income Guidelines Apply (See Chart for Details)
  • Assistance Provided is on a First Come – First Serve Basis
