Acceleration clause of your mortgage:  A clause in your mortgage which allows the lender to demand payment of the outstanding loan balance for various reasons. The most common reasons for an accelaration  are if the borrower defaults on the loan or transfers the title another individual's name without informing the lender.

Aceleración de la cláusula de su hipoteca: Una cláusula en su hipoteca que le permite al prestamista exigir el pago del saldo pendiente del préstamo, por diversas razones. Las razones más comunes para un accelaration son si el prestatario no paga el préstamo o transfiere el título el nombre de otra persona sin informar al prestamista.
