There are over 90,000 homes for sale in Broward County as of today, of this number about 80% represents homes in distress.  Many home owners in our area & nationwide are losing their most prized possession...there homes!  Mostly, because they do not understand the foreclosure process and/or they do have a true professional to assist & educate them of the process and their options.

There are alternatives to a foreclosure!   Remember, the bank does not want your home and may want to avoid the foreclosure just as much as you do! "If done correctly", you may be able to negotiate with the bank/mortgage company, and stop the entire foreclosure process.
